2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to available domestic and international destinations shown at checkout.

If we are unable to ship to your location after an order is placed, we will cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order value, package size, and selected shipping method.

Any shipping promotions or free shipping offers will be applied only as stated on the website at the time of purchase.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are shown for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, weather, local carrier delays, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Once an order has shipped, transit time is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delayed movement, please continue to monitor the carrier updates.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please first check with household members, neighbors, building staff, or the carrier.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Miao Silver is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, subject to applicable law.

9. Failed Delivery and Returned Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us because of failed delivery attempts or an address issue, the original shipping charge is non-refundable.

If you would like the package to be reshipped, additional shipping charges may apply.

10. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please keep the packaging and provide clear photos of the package and item so we can review the issue.

11. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or cancel shipments to certain regions, addresses, or jurisdictions where shipping is unavailable, restricted, or high risk.
